Every athlete's strategy starts with an individual assessment of movement patterns.

The focus is on overcoming bad habits, patterns, and movements either to prevent injury or recover from one.

Bad movement patterns (known or unknown) can actually PREVENT you from reaching your goal (weight loss, strength, etc.) Once we identify these underlying issues we can plan how to overcome, helping you reach (and exceed) your ultimate goals.
